Senior Project Manager

Our client dominates across Commercial & Residential Projects with close to $1 billion of commercial and residential projects in the pipeline. We are exclusively recruiting for a proven Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across major builds in the region.

###About the role:###

As Senior Project Manager, you will operate across both commercial and high-quality residential developments, managing projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with a dynamic and highly regarded senior leadership team, this role is suited to someone already operating as a respected Construction Project Manager who wants scale, backing, and long-term pipeline security. This role is very much worth your while.

###You will be responsible for:###

• End-to-end delivery of multiple medium to large commercial and residential builds across group housing and mid rise construction.
• Programme management and critical path oversight
• Financial control, forecasting, and margin protection
• Leading site managers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Client and stakeholder relationship management
• Risk management and compliance with NZ construction standards
• You will have autonomy, accountability, and authority to drive performance.

###What We’re Looking For :###

• Proven senior-level project management experience in both commercial and large residential construction
• NZ has a unique construction landscape, so ideally you will have NZ experience or from a similar market
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple concurrent projects
• Be a calm and personable leader - Great people skills
• Ideally Solid understanding of modern construction practices and regulatory frameworks (or comparable market experience)
• Confident communicator who can operate at site and executive level
• Highly organised and motivated individual
