With an established and loyal client base, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor who is looking beyond their next role and ready to take control of their long-term career.
This opportunity offers a genuine and clearly defined pathway to Business Partnership, with the potential to join the ownership team within approximately 12 months for the right person and immediate executive salary package.

About the Firm
The firm has built a strong reputation across the Western Bay of Plenty ( North of Tauranga ) for delivering practical, trusted legal advice to generations of local families, businesses and rural clients.
Their work spans a broad range of areas including:
- Residential and commercial property
- Rural and farming transactions
- Conveyancing
- Trusts and estate planning
- Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Contracting Out Agreements & all other General private client matters

About You
We're looking for someone who sees themselves building a long-term future in the Bay of Plenty. Whether you're returning home, already have strong ties to the region, or are ready to escape the pace of the city, you'll enjoy becoming part of a close-knit community where relationships matter, clients are known by name, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
To be successful you'll have:
- A current New Zealand practising certificate.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' New Zealand post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience across property law and general practice.
- The ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude.
- A genuine desire to become part of the local community and help grow the practice into the future.
