Nightshift Production Staff

Location:### Mangere

Shift:### Night Shift - 2,2,3 Shift Pattern MUST be able to work weekends

Pay Rate:### $26.00

Join Our Team

We are looking for reliable and hardworking ###Nightshift Production Staff### to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping produce and package high-quality milk powder products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production and packaging of milk powder products.
  • Load and debag 25kg bags of milk powder into production equipment.
  • Perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks safely.
  • Operate packaging equipment, wrappers, palletisers, and scanning equipment.
  • Start up and shut down packaging machinery at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Monitor packaging lines to ensure products are packed correctly.
  • Conduct quality and packaging integrity checks.
  • Load products into packaging machines and remove damaged or rejected products for isolation.
  • Transfer finished products from the palletiser to the warehouse.
  • Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Can pass a drug test
  • Clean criminal record
